Roberta Gottfried was resource instructor for interpreter training sessions, interpreter team meetings, and community outreach. She presented overviews on the “Role of Community Interpreters” and “Working with Interpreters” for mental health and social service agencies. She performed ethics training for new interpreters, and training on medical terminology, and interpreter protocol.She also interpreted for mental health counseling sessions, home visits for new arrivals, domestic violence workshops, and medical visits.
